DARA HERMAN ZIERLEIN: Dara Herman Zierlein was born in Brooklyn, NY, raised in Manhattan. She has memories walking through the Metropolitan Museum after school getting lost in the painting sections and sculpture gardens day dreaming of being an artist. Dara is illustrating for Demeter Press, The Nation magazine to name a few...her first children's book, 'Don't Eat The Plastic', focuses on the consequences of plastic pollution on our environment. Dara is creating political paintings, posters, illustrating, writing books, lecturing, on panel discussions and exhibiting her paintings internationally.
