DARA HERMAN ZIERLEIN: Dara Herman Zierlein was born in Brooklyn, NY, raised in Manhattan. She has memories walking through the Metropolitan Museum after school getting lost in the painting sections and sculpture gardens day dreaming of being an artist.Dara is currently living in Western MA, illustrating for The Rumpus, Demeter Press, The Nation magazine to name a few...her first children's book published 'Don't Eat The Plastic', focusing on the consequences of plastic pollution on our environment, published with Olympia Publishers, BumbleBee Children's books.Dara is creating political paintings, posters, illustrating, writing books, lecturing, on panel discussions and exhibiting her paintings internationally.Please feel free to comment on any of the images.*copy rights reserved for the artist only (C) 2026 Please refrain from making copies of my artwork.
